The Firm

Picchi & Associati is a Law Firm dealing almost exclusively with company and business law issues at a national and international level, covering both the preventive and litigation stages.

The Firm has offices in Brescia and Milan.

Our practice is split into two main departments, reflecting the areas of expertise of our professionals: the Advice Department and the Litigation Department.

Advice Department

Our Advice Department has a particularly commercially-minded approach when dealing with all the problems that can arise in the day-to-day running of a company.

Our professionals offer a wide variety of legal services in all the major areas in which commercial and industrial enterprises may need outside legal counsel. Our practice includes any type of legal problem that affects companies in Italy and across national borders.

We understand the importance of being familiar with our clients’ businesses and of aligning our work to support their business objectives.

Thanks to our long-standing relations with selected Italian professionals working in complementary areas of business consultancy (taxation and tax planning, trade-mark and patent applications, notarial acts), we can handle transactions calling for expertise in several disciplines. This means our clients can benefit from the advantages of having just one partner to deal with and smooth coordination.

Litigation Department

Our Litigation Department provides the clients with assistance in existing legal proceedings and arbitration matters, as well as in avoiding disputes and reaching out-of-court settlements (for potential or pending cases) with expertise in all the main areas of business law.

Our professionals have considerable experience in the handling of international disputes (and the relevant problems of international private and procedural law and conflict of laws); indeed, we are often involved in cases of cross-border litigation, assisting foreign clients in Italian disputes and Italian clients in disputes abroad (especially when these concern points of Italian law).
